My boyfriend has been married since 2003 but separated since 2014 from his wife. They only have a daughter together but no property or assets just a child. They were married in south carolina. She lives in north carolina now and he's in texas. How does he go about getting a divorce? They are both in agreement for the divorce just doesn't know where to start. He pays her almost 900 a month since 2014 and that's not court ordered , he just gives it to her. Would it be cheaper to just go through the court and establish child support?   Do divorce writers.com they send u the whole pack with everything u need all u do is sign and have notarized it's like $150 for non contested plus whatever your cost is for filing it's normally $87... I did it but it was a waste of my money because my ex won't sign smh
