  I'd recommend everyone at [Wyld Chyld](http://wyldchyldpittsburgh.com/) (terrible name, awesome artists). They all have different styles but I would bet any of them could do the lining required. Sara and Matt are my favorite artists there but I think everyone is pretty awesome.
