  You might see if this is something Dave Pearce can do for you. He's been working in Fairlington for many years. He's a handyman, can fix old Fairlington windows and windows in general, as well as installs new windows as a window contractor. He's always got an ad in the newsletters. Very good and reliable.   You might call Dave Pearce (handyman) before a plumber, as he's way more affordable and can probably do that. He fixed a leak in our garbage disposal. 703-201-6303. But for a plumber, we use Chandler's.

How would you rate each, on a scale of 1-5 (1 being very poor, 5 being excellent)?
