  I haven't had my HVAC system checked out since I bought my house in late 2010. Everything seems to be working fine, but perhaps it could work more efficiently. I think I ought to have an inspection / cleaning done, right? I always see cheap ads in the paper ($50) or something to have that done. Is that fine? Or, do any of you have a company you recommend?
