  Does anyone know of a good dentist? I just got a crown put in and it hurts....been taking advil for about 2 weeks now and it's not getting better. The (new) dentist told me, after he put the crown in, that if I kept experiencing pain that I may need a root canal....the only thing is - I think he wants me to pay for it! I just dropped $1,000 on the crown and REALLY don't want to pay for a root canal....any thoughts? Could I get my $ back?

  I love my dentist. very honest. I've had 5 crowns and 4 root canals with him and he's told me I don't need a ton of expensive procedures other quacks have tried to sell me. does good work and has a staff that will make the most of your insurance or work with you about $.
