  Hi All - any suggestions for elementary childcare programs for early dismissal and closed school days? I see the regular Howard County before and after school program is only for kids that use it regularly and that Columbia Association offers a program for full closed days at Cradlerock. Are there other options out there that are set up for an as needed basis? Thanks in advance!
