1979 Tornado Hi guys, so I have the opportunity to pick up an old Tornado that I think I'm going to pull the trigger on. I have a few questions that you guys might be able to help me out with. Does anyone know a supplier for the players in Canada? I found a place in the States but the shipping is quite pricey and I'd like to stick to the CAD seeing what it's worth these days. Also is there anything I should look at on the table that might be warning signs to steer clear of? Sorry I don't know much about maintenance or care for tables, is there anything I should do if I do decide to purchase it to get it working as best as I can? Is it typical to put oil on the bars? Any sort of advice would be great.
Also, the table seems to be covered in like a foggy plastic with a kind of textured top. Was this typical of Tornado's from that era?
Thanks.

take a piece of string or tape and stretch it from one goal to another on the surface and see if the surface is dipped in the center. if its a coin op you can use playing cards along the rail for the ball return to add lift on home models not sure if you can correct that. Do yourself a favor and just buy a complete upgraded kit from tornadofoosball.com its like 200 for all the men new bearing(thinner inside the table) so the ball doesn't squeeze past on hard wall passses new bumpers and new sides strips which were reduced in height to keep bank shots from jumping.
Does anyone know of any sites that have legit foosball clothing? I have stumbled on some silly ones that I'd never buy or wear but Nothing really good... suggestions please?
