OK...need some running shoes, but want to get the right size/type for my feet. Any suggestions for where I should look in the Evansville area?

Swift Athletics on Weinbach. They take time with you and find the right shoe. Haha that rhymes! Maybe they should use that as their tag line!

A lot of times, actually being able to talk to someone helps. If Swift Athletics does that, it would be a good bet because the big chain stores have people who will stock the shelves but really don't have the hands-on experience. Make sure they measure your feet with that ridiculous looking piece of metal (the Brannock Device). Despite the fact a lot of them look old, THEY WORK. And always make sure if the salesman says we don't have your size, ask for a half-size up. It's amazing how people's feet can change
