  Don't know for sure, but Meticon especially tends to be inexpensive. Looks like their website is down, but their number is (503) 771-1737 and they are at 59 th and Foster.

  Never done it, but I have two bike shops I can recommend - Meticon Bikes on Foster, and the Outer Rim on Halsey.
