  No judgment please: that being said...I was in a horrific car accident 5 years ago. Rear ended at a red light. I managed recovery through a year of physical therapy and pain management medication. Continued off and on for couple years with the pain management dr he has since retired - pain has been bearable with stretching and hot pad applications. I somehow managed to fall on my own front porch steps landing on same injured area and the pain is so bad I'm physically sick. ER says nothing shows on exray. My idiot GP says it's "muscle strain" it's been three weeks and it's getting worse. Can anyone recommend a GP or pain management Dr that accepts NJ horizon health? I can't take this pain anymore.
