  Shelby Pediatrics, 22 and Hayes, 586-532-0599. Drs Rao and Ventimiglia, We have been taking our kids there for sixteen years, They are great doctors, also they are lung specialists, so if you have a child with asthma, they are a plus!

  A fan would like any recommendations on a pediatrician in the northern macomb/hall Rd area that accepts medicaid but is also open to delay shots and not always prescribing an antibiotic for everything. I would like someone that has more then one Dr. So when my kids get sick and they are out of down we don't have to rush to urgent care. Thanks!

  Shelby Pediatrics on 22 and Hayes is AWESOME!!! There are a few doctors in the practice. We've been with them for almost 11 years. De. Ventimiglia is my favorite.

  We also love Shelby Pediatrics and Dr. Ventimiglia. They have a delayed shot schedule and did not pressure me when I kept refusing the Hep B (until her 3 yr appt) and never pressured me when I refused the flu vaccines. They weren't quick to ever do meds that weren't necessary, only when she had croup. Expected. Not sure about Medicaid. They are great about same day sick appointments.
