  Guys - I need some builder recommendations (South London). First builder we got in quoted double our budget (we could have built a whole house for the fee he suggested), second one was more sensible price-wise but said it would take eight months and the house would be inhabitable (!) during that time. Third one sounds good, but we're sure he can't be the only option...if you can recommend anyone, please let me know (it's for a loft conversion and side return extension). Ta, kids.
