  I'm looking for a Fatigue Specialist - one who regularly deals with M.E (Myalgic Encephalomyelitis), CFS (Chronic Fatigue Syndrome) and Fibromyalgia preferably. Ideally in or around the Dublin area. No thank you to recommendations of homeopathy and the like. I also have recommendations for two great acupuncturists so that's on the list. I welcome recommendations of nutritionists though - I know my diet needs work. Just someone who can help me - with strong drugs if necessary - get out of this Fatigue cycle I'm in and stop being so tired all the damn time. I couldn't get out of bed this weekend. The brain fog and tiredness has to go. You were very good last time I came to you with something similar, so I'm asking the wisdom of my friends again.
