  I had issues issues with my garage door a few years ago and learned an important lesson - It's cheaper to get a pro to do it the first time. I used "The Door Works" at 780-489-3667. Good service and they responded fast. As a side note, I have heard of and seen several instances where people have dies or been seriously injured trying to fix their garage door springs themselves. Please don't do it yourself!
