  Last week, I (The Staging Guy), signed a lease on a 2800 sq.ft. warehouse! Can I get a WOOT WOOT?!? Thanks to my incredible Realtor, Jeff Arnold, the new space is less money than what I am currently paying for my 6 (six!) storage units - I will have everything in one location (no more spending an hour looking for the lampshades that I know are here somewhere) - and give me lots of room to grow.   Kevin. Who do you get insurance from? I changed insurance providers when the Hartford raised my rates. Janessa with http://www.pen-ex.com/ helped me get an insurance plan through Travelors that was ALOT lower than other insurance plans quoted. My warehouse is less than 1 mile from the ocean. Perhaps PenEx could help you find a better insurance plan and help you get into a larger warehouse space sooner.
