I'm currently looking into having a custom home built and am hoping that some folks here might have recommendations for a builder. I'm having trouble locating well-reviewed custom builders with examples of projects in our size/price range (approx 1600 sq ft in the $100-150 per sq ft range). The floor plan is pretty simple, just a large vaulted rectangle plus an attached garage. Any recommendations (or builders to avoid) would be very much appreciated!
