  I second your friend kats recommendation...if your still looking for a place- Dr terry@cactus chiropractic (623.878.9388). He's helped me and my dad for years!! 75 th and cactus, so its a few mins away but not too terribly far and sometimes they have room to fit same day appts. Hope you feel better soon!!
