  Eric Hooper used to work with me but as a graphic designer at LM&O advertising. Has done a bunch of stuff including banners for national clients, I'm sure logos too in addition to his own. From what I know ab freelance tho, I think banner and logo work are at different rates. He has a contact on his site www.stateofeight.com
