  Orr was my competition when i was in the catering business but he is highly recommended http://www.cateringbyorr.com/ really great chef. He used to be over philbrook museum kitchen by now runs his own catering. I'd suggest you check him out. I don't know if my old boss still does caterings but that was called the upper crust and i will find out for you. Orr Would be the better chef though not opinion but fact.
