  I'm hoping maybe someone might know if there are any programs that assist the elderly with furnace repair or replacement in Ottumwa? or maybe a furnace and air conditioner person who is reasonable priced I have a 89 year sister who lives in a single wide trailer and is in need of repair or replacement of the units and some duct work done. she don't a lot of money with being on SS, and the people she has talked to has quoted her prices over $4,000.
