  We refi'd in Jan using Embrace Home Loans; Patrick Shaw (800) 333-3004 x3394 Patrick was extremely professional. Even after we were lured away to try a credit union who completely screwed things up, Patrick was gracious and spot-on when we called him to restart the process.
