  Well our attorney working on our 501c3 status has taken a job elsewhere and cannot work on our papers any longer. I think they were almost ready to be filed. Can ANYONE help us find another attorney to make sure everything is in order and file it? As you know, we are a not-for-profit corporation in the state of WA. We need a pro bono attorney if possible as funds are low due to no adoptions :-(
