  I asked this before and just got too overwhelmed with the various responses so I'm going to narrow down my request. I need a photographer who is willing to travel to Frederick, MD for my September 22, 2016 wedding. I cannot pay more than $1,000 (not willing to bend on this), not interested in engagement photos and must be proficient in journalistic photography. Said photographer MUST follow through with what they say they're going to do as I've had some just completely leave me hanging. Professionalism and integrity to their work and respect of my time crunch is critical. Looking to make a decision no later than the end of the month! Thanks!
