  Toan Nguyen at the 76 Station on MLK and 55 th in north Oakland (I live three doors down). I've used him for years (and now tutor his daughter) and he is THE BEST. I cannot recommend him emphatically enough. He's incredibly kind and fair, and if he thinks someone else can get a part for cheaper, he will recommend them. He's the greatest!
