Gonna have to replace the electrical panel and add some grounded outlets at the minimum, as well as some other items my wife and I would like to get done ASAP.   We've used a great plumber for years. His name is Steve and he can be reached at 619-971-5650. He's honest, charges reasonable amounts, and everyone we've referred him to has had great experiences with him as well. Good luck with the house
