  During our oncology module the two professors that stood out as being the most knowledgeable were: Orlando E. Silva (specializes in breast cancer) and Pasquale W. Benedetto. I've also shadowed Dr. Lynn Feun and he also seems very knowledgeable and concerned for his patients. A friend of mine has worked with Ricardo Estape & John Diaz and says they are great for gyn-onc (http://southmiamigog.com/).
