Review of B&H below was reported to LG home office.
My glass-top was damaged, caused by me on my induction cooktop oven and range. I was given 3 authorized
service centers from LG customer service. I selected B&H Appliance for the repair based on review ratings.
1. Initially contacted 12/9/19, with Gary, B&H manager. Gary asked,"Do you intend to pay for this if I order it?".
I offered payment prior to ordering, which was declined. Gary stated payment would be due on job
completion. Gary quoted 10 business days to order and 1 - 2 days to complete the repair at my home
before 12/21/19 or sooner.
2. Second contact- called on 12/20/19 as no info or call from B&H. Gary requested all model information again and
said he would check on order as not received yet. No return call or info ever returned.
3. I called again on 1/7/20 Employee, Brett, informed the glass top was not ordered for no known reason. When I
questioned as to why, Brett stated:
"If I Wasn't Happy Find Someone Else to Do the Reair " and immediately hung up on me.
RUDE, NO SERVICE OF ANY KIND GIVEN.

B&H tech arrived at my home to replace Samsung ice maker, service was fast and quick. When repairs where completed and the bill was presented I almost fell backwards, ice maker was double the amount that was listed on Samsung website, the $96.00 dollar replacement ice maker (Samsung RF267ABRS) was billed to me for $189.00 and labor was $100.00 I was told it would be $85.00, very dishonest about billing and part issues, for that reason I DO NOT recommend using them!!!
