Can anyone recommend a goid pilates/yoga class in the west chester area? My physical therapist basically determined that I have super hyper mobile joints (can easily self sub lax my shoulders) I've had a ton of issues with hip/pelvic movement and basically only way to treat is to get super strong if I want to keep running. Suggested yoga and Pilates mixed into my running routine. PT friends, anysuggestions on which is better for psoas, pelvis and sacrum issues?
