  I NEED A TENENTS RIGHTS LAWYER HERE IN EVERETT...my apartment has been shaking since Feb 19th. this is caused by the exhaust fan from the restaurant/Bar below me. the fan is mounted on the roof directly above me. it started making noises (screeching) over 6 months ago. i have been complaining ever since. on Feb 19th it started shaking my home so bad silverware would vibrate off the counter, pictures fell, doors and windows rattled loudly! i am now done being patient! i need to know who to contact.
