  We can draw them for you if you would like. We charge $100 up front and $900 for the finished plan. We also know a few engineers that can engineer the plan for you as well. Or we can line you up with a few more drafters if you like. I know a few in town. We are mainly home builders and would be happy to help you with anything you would like help with.
