  I went to this place back in the day (16 years ago). It was good. My instructor looked like Hemingway. He said to always wear a seatbelt, because people think that in an accident they can use their arms to shield themselves, but in reality, if you get in an accident, your arms are like wet noodles. http://howardsschoolofsafedriving.com/
