  I had my Excimer LASIK with Dr. Fathy El Sayyad http://www.elsayyadcenter.com/ in 2010. I had no complains so far. It's a custom operation "wavefront guided laser" based on each patient cornea map. The blurry night vision after the procedure is normal and its full recovery time differs from one patient to another. I was able to read, watch TV, use PC the next day, but night driving was quite challenging the first couple of weeks. I can give more details next time we meet
