Any recommendations on reasonably priced and reliable hosting companies? Needs to have an email address linked to the domain name with 5GB or more storage for email. Also - how easy is it to switch over and is it possible to migrate existing emails as well? Thanks in advance!

I moved to hostgator VPS and the damn thing keeps crashing every 10 minutes (can't even handle ±50 visitors / hour, I mean comon...)
