( possible remodeling work on a conventional home also, depending on price and quality of work completed on mobile home) willing to pay in cash.. Sheetrock installation/ repair, ceiling repair, skylight replacement, install interior doors, install bathroom vanity, install toilets, install metal roofing over deck,etc.. Should have general knowledge of carpentry, trim, Sheetrock, flooring ( laminate wood & tile),metal roofing on deck, and plumbing. ( it's ok if you can't do everything, just tell me what you CAN do) Will need quote prior to any work starting and payment will be made as each individual job is completed. NO advances.
