Looking for a music teacher for two advanced students. Hey all. We are moving to Waterloo soon and I'm looking for a music teacher for the kids.
Can someone recommend a good music teacher for two boys 13 and 11 years old?
The older boy is quite advanced and we are looking for a teacher that is able to give piano lessons (RCM level 9 and up), music history (RCM ARCT level), advanced music theory, composition, advanced harmony, counterpoint and analysis (beyond RCM ARCT level). Thanks!

Check out [Renaissance School of The Arts](http://www.renaissanceschoolofthearts.com/)! I’ve taken lessons from a bunch of different teachers there and they’ve all been great!
Violin lessons in Waterloo? Can anyone recommend a violin teacher in Waterloo? Preferably one that offers evening/weekend lessons. I've wanted to learn for a long time, and it's becoming increasingly clear I'm not getting anywhere teaching myself.
Thanks!

http://kwschoolofmusic.com/ This is a school that I teach at (not violin) however they do have three very talented strings teachers there. I would also contact http://www.renaissanceschoolofthearts.com/ One of the owners of that school is on here somewhere I think. This is another school I teach at, but I don't personally know the strings teacher there. Good luck! If you have any questions feel free to ask me. If they don't work out I have other connections you could use.
