  John at Aches and Pains in the Royal Bank Plaza is the best. He has fixed both my neck and back pain in the past. Call at 416-368-1926. I just cancelled an 1120 am appt I had today. Call now and take it. I guarantee both your issues will be gone. He is a physiotherapist and ends the session with ultrasound. Let's me know how it goes!!!
