We went to our insurance company's fraud department to help us get this company to refund us the amount we are due, which they are not willing to do even after the insurance company validated our documentation and calculations. We have documented proof that charges outside of the allowable maximum were charged with immediate payment demanded upfront. Insurance claims were then not filed or filed with payment received, but not credited to our accounts. NH currently owes us a refund of $13,000 validated by the insurance company. This is outside of the thousands of dollars we have had to pay to repair the faulty dental work received at NH resulting in lost crowns and fillings, and in the worst case, a fractured tooth due to an improperly placed crown that required a dental implant. At the time I and my family was going here for dental work, my husband was overseas and I was working full time with three children. I accepted their charges and did not follow up like I should. Once I started questioning the charges, my mother in law, a CPA, audited all the claims and worked with the insurance company to determine exactly how much was owed. After many emails and communications they still have refused to refund us the money. Please read all reviews and research this company. They may be nice and pleasant to your face but in my experience and that of others, they have no problem committing fraud.
