Cassidy Bailey has been passionate about photography since her senior year of high school and has been taking photos since. As a self-taught photographer and founder of Frozen in Time Portraits she realized how hard it was to find an affordable yet good photographer. So, since then she has vowed to offer affordable portraits to all with out forfeiting the quality. But photography is not the only thing she does, Cassidy is a full time mother and student in college where she striving to become a wonderful elementary school teacher.
Haylie Green has just resonantly became apart of the Frozen In Time team! Where she is aiming to learn more about the world of photography with you help. Haylie is a resent graduate of the WVJC and has been working hard since
