It doesn't seem legal that in an auto accident that isn't your fault you should pay for all the bills until your fine again, then submit them for payment. That's months and thousands of dollars up front in the hopes that they get paid down the road? Someone could loose there home trying to pay for bills like this!?!?! It seems totally illegal.
