  Update on Indiana's Dietetics Monopoly bill. The Good: It's not a monopoly bill anymore, that language was struck because of our great coalition. The Bad: There's an odd provision that the dietetics board can recommend the Attorney General investigate complaints against non-dietitians. The Ugly: That provision makes no sense. Since when is a board of dietitians a grand jury? I'm pretty sure we can strike that language too. We'll keep everyone up to date.
