  I'm looking for a handyman to do a few things in a mobile home. It is a rental, and the tenants just moved out. There are a few holes in walls that need to be patched up, a few cabinet doors that needs to be rehung, minor plumbing, 1 broken window and interior painting. I manage this property for my retired parents that live in GA. The longer it sits vacant, they are losing money for their retirement. The normal handyman I use is booked solid for the next 3 weeks, and I would really prefer not to wait that long. Any recommendations?

  Steve Davenport, 863-698-0283 does great work. We (Rick Moore Plumbing 863-688-1226) use him all the time for cabinets, tile, shower doors, ceiling fans, carpentry work, just about anything we don't do. He's even worked in my personal home.

I have one out of 3 toilets that overflows frequently on one member of the family (no it isn't me), and from time to time with others members. When plunged it resolves quickly. Any recommendations on prevention.
