Looking for a Nutritionist that will come to my home and teach some healthy recipes that appeal to MY FAMILY (Payton's the picky one). I love to cook and have a very functional kitchen. I just really need help with some simple recipes that I can make without a recipe. In the mean time I'm open to any cookbook suggestions. I'm tired of burning myself out on Paleo, Gluten free, etc.... (We are not allergic to gluten) I just want simple ingredients that are fresh and healthy but taste great. THANK YOU
