  Elsa ramo law is big in the indy world. They were very profesional and very well priced. If they like the project and think it can make money then they would probably sign on. www.ramolawpc.com i was going to work with them on a project but ended getting signed by one of the big hollywood power law firms instead which was great cuz they handled distribution and everything instead. But the team at elsa ramo law seemed very pro and they do alot on the indy side. Not sure if they do short films but its worth a shot.
