  We love ours and if you do it during January/February they have 10% off and free stain. Saves you about $1000 on a 16' x 16' We checked a lot of them out at the home shows and Lawn Master is by far the best looking and very professional guys. You can drop by sometime to look at ours so you can see. Anything larger then 12' has to get a building and zoning permits.
