This is taking a lot of courage because I tend to hid this part of me from everyone's eyes. I've done well losing weight, but this is my trouble spot. I have a weak core since before pregnancy, had a c-section years ago that didn't heal right and took a little longer than usual, and have lower back problems (L5 slips out due to an injury and diagnosed with degenerative disk.) I don't have a personal trainer and am needing help busting this belly. I use catalyst, max E, and thermo plus and upon a recommendation from my coach, switching up my thermo regimen. Any exercise suggestions that I can do at home that may help flatten and strengthen this area would help. Regular crunches and sit ups cause back issues. Thanks.
