  If you have any questions about setting up an appointment with Dr. Bashir or any of the counselor at Decatur Psychiatry call 217-422-0027. They do not take IDPA and if you have Medicare you have to have your doctor call the office to give a referral. If I don't answer the phone leave a message. :)
