  Rob M. wrote: Richard is very rude, unprofessional and expensive. He replaced a part that broke after the first use. When contacted to address the issue, he showed up angry and aggressive. Richard came in and threw a twenty-dollar bill at me. Instead of replacing the part he put back on the original broken part and to me to fix it and that it wasn't his fault. He just does not stand behind his work. STAY AWAY!!
