  ---Black Cat Tattoos--- (Lawrenceville, 412-621-1679), they used to be Eye Candy over in Oakland, considered best in Pittsburgh. Everyone that's been there say they really are incredible. But Sarah Miller is awesome, especially if you have a picture you want done.
