  I am now ready to put my refurb on the market and wondered what peoples opinions are on using an Agent these days. They want to charge me anywhere from £1400-£3000 for selling a house at ~£110k but is there any point in paying that when you can get your property on the internet, get a floor plan and for sale board for ~£300. Is an Agent really worth the extra money? I would appreciate some thoughts as I need to make a decision or it wont sell at all!!!
