  Reliable Roofer? Anyone have a good roofer they like? I am not sure if my roof is leaking (roof vs stucco problem) and I have had a few different people come out with WIDELY varied recs (replace the whole thing immediately and it will solve your problem vs needs replacement but is not the issue vs there is one area that might be the problem and could be fixed with a spot treatment). I don't know who to trust!! Help!
